• pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth and links clicked;
• the source that brought you here, including advertising campaign parameters;
• cookies and similar technologies.

Call records

Calls may be recorded and transcribed. Call tracking records the number dialled, the source that led to the call, its time and duration.

2. Why we use it

• to respond to your request and arrange service;
• to pass necessary details to the independent provider assigned to you;
• to contact you about your request by phone, SMS and email;
• to measure which advertising produces genuine enquiries;
• to improve the website and quality of service;
• to keep records and meet legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

• The service provider attending your job — the details needed to attend and complete the work.
• Service vendors — hosting, CRM, telephony and call tracking, email and SMS delivery, and analytics, each acting on our instructions.
• Advertising and analytics platforms — including Google Analytics and Google Ads, for measurement and attribution.
• Legal — where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function, plus analytics and advertising cookies. You can refuse non-essential cookies through the banner or your browser settings; the site will still work. Google’s own controls are available at adssettings.google.com.

5. Retention

Enquiry and job records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal and tax obligations. Call recordings are kept for a limited period for quality and record-keeping. Analytics data is retained per platform settings.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing for advertising purposes, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have specific rights under those laws.

7. SMS and calls

Reply STOP to any SMS to stop messages, HELP for help. Opting out of marketing messages does not stop transactional messages about a job in progress.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
